In Oblivion, you can get a disease that slowly turns you into a vampire.
At early stages, you can heal it away.
Once you are a vampire, you need to do a quest to cure it by collecting 10 or so herbs for somebody.
The PS3 version of Oblivion had a glitch where that NPC would not continue the quest, so you were stuck being a vampire.
This was fixed in a patch.
The PS3 GOTY version was the last patched game bundled with the story DLC. Somehow that glitch returned and the game was never patched again.
So if you wanted to cure being a vampire, you either hoped that you had an old savefile from before you turned that was not too old... or you bought a disc of the vanilla game, swapped the disc, completed the quest and swapped back.

Do we know how the pier logistic works?
To my head, the best would be to ship the aid to a nearby harbor. Fill aid trucks with the aid, put the trucks in a ship, sail to the pier and let the trucks drive on a ramp to the pier and enter Gaza. Deliver the supplies, drive back to the ship and sail away, letting another ship unload.
The IDF is supposed to have pretended being an aid delivery, so what trucks did they use?
Did they bring them from Israel?
Did they hijack a real aid delivery after it left the pier? The aid trucks are handled by a third party and are thereby not US assets.
The "helicopter activity" could be a part of hijacking a truck, or something different. Heck, it could be a part in trying to free the hostages that died. If they actually died during the raid.
We will probably never know.

Did you see John de Lancie?
He was in it 3 or 4 years in the early 80s before disappearing.
Then he returned a few years later, in 1989. He had used a time machine to go to the future and built an android copy of one of the characters. Then he left again and never returned.
