Even farther, I think TC is arguing that we used to be able to support a family on one income and now it takes two. Which leads to kids needing daycare (super expensive) or a babysitter constantly (also kind of expensive if you don't have a parent who can do it)

I thought it was a good episode. I really wish they would have spent some more time answering questions before they opened The Ways. There's still some core concepts that haven't been explained like ta'veren. I'm still not even sure they will talk about that but I feel like they half to. And I think Moraine mentioned it once in the first episode to Lan.

Matt staying behind was weird. I know he has a new actor next season so maybe it has something to do with it, I don't know.

We all have things that bug us. Sometimes there's something we know is kind of dumb but it gets us angry at what we would consider an irrational level of anger. What are your things that bug you?

One of mine is someone coming up and giving me a "back pat" like hey nice to see ya, *pats back*. For some reason that makes me snap. I have no idea why but someone even lightly hitting me on the back makes me see red for a second or two.

Greg finally getting a girl, and a good looking one, only to turn around and immediately start trying to fuck it up.
Logan having his own grandkid taste test food to see if it's poisoned.
The pic. That's all I need to say, the pic. This pic will ruin everything Roman has been working towards for the last 3 seasons but specifically this season.

And the last one, which really shouldn't be the last one, Kendall. Is he dead? Who knows.

I wasn't one to immediately be against all the "changes" they have made for the books but I'm enjoying most of them so far and they are paying off better than I thought they would.

The whole "who is the Dragon reborn?" thing is enjoyable.

I started a few months ago as a Paladin. I got through the MSQ, Heavensward, and about half of Stormblood very quickly I realized how burnt out I was, and no matter how much I actually wanted to play I was just miserable trying to grind more. However, I had the new expansion preordered. So I tried just doing "fun things" in game to break up the MSQ grind. That worked for a little before I started hating it again.

So I took a break. With 60 some days before EW was to launch I decided I'd take a little while and still have time to grind out the rest of the story. A week turned into two, which turned into 30 days, which turned into 60 days.

I randomly resubbed Saturday. Why? Because I saw the names of the first two dungeons of the new expansion. It was what I wanted when I heard we are going "to the moon." I'll probably start playing in the next day or two again.

I've donated before when I noticed I somehow had some new point thing on my Xbox account that I could trade in for stuff. I just used them for a 10 dollar donation to Wikipedia. That was probably 3 or 4 years ago and maybe it's time I donate again.

Here's the other thing about it.... when you talk to them 99 percent of the time things will be like the always have. But when you start getting into certain subjects that's when you'll start getting frustrated.

I have multiple friends that are anti-vaxx. Some of my closest ones. In fact one of them got Covid, gave it to his 80 year old grandma and she died and he STILL finds a way to blame vaccinated people. He says "vaccines are supposed to stop it, how did I get Covid from a vaccinated individual if they work? Try to explain that's not how this vaccine works and then that just goes deeper into anti-vaxx BS. I know your situation isn't about the vaccine but really it's kind of the same thing.

So what do I do? Just avoid talking about vaccines with him. Our friendship is normal 99 percent of the time still.

Really all you can do is say your piece, try to point out why they are wrong and it's up to them to accept it. If they won't you have two options, keep being friends or stop the friendship.

Been watching the Wheel of Time? Kind of confused about the history? Why do men go mad when they channel? What are Aes Sedai? Was that a skyscraper that was in the first episode that was taken back over by nature?

I've watched it twice now and I haven't noticed any spoilers about the show. It just goes into basics of how magic works, the first Dragon, the Dark One, the Breaking of the World, how the Wheel works etc.

SOmething I feel he doesn't explain that well, the Second Age was a long period. Then the Breaking happens and the Third (current) age begins. The Third Age when the show starts has already been going on for like 3500 years. So it wasn't something that happened in the recent past, it happened a loooooong time ago.

The show has changed some small stuff so anything you see in this video is subject to change in the show.

Never had to parallel park for my test. If you took the test at the DMV you did, but some "driving teachers" are authorized to give you the test as well and they will do it at the end of your lessons with them. It did NOT involve parallel parking through that.

Top Genre was Final Fantasy and the Masayoshi Soken was my number 2 artist. I went hard on the FF14 soundtrack this year.

Strangely, my number 1 artist is "Taco Tuesday" which isn't actually a musician but just the name of someone who uploaded a TON of Howard Stern prank calls, Tradio calls, etc on a playlist that I would listen to while driving for a few months.

Number 3, 4, and 5 artists are Eels, Bright Eyes, and The Fratellis.

Side note: In The Still of the Nite/Night is an amazing song and I will fight people who say otherwise.

I think Kingdom of Heaven deserves to be at the top of a lot of lists. It's a VERY common belief that the theatric version was shit and the directors cut is actually a solid and good movie.

I saw people complaining about this with Giant grocery stores. They advertise a starting salary of 17 an hour or something and say they have immediate openings. When you go to interview? That 17 is for the meat counter and they aren't hiring that, all they have is like 12/13 an hour cashier spots. It's gross.
