| Sayoria 12/06/21 2:26:44 PM #6 | Apparently unblinding a clinical trial. When clinical trial doctors report an error in their virtual system my company runs, they call us to fix these issues. One blinded study's issue was resolved, and I reached out to the requestor to tell them. Issue is, somehow, someway the person who did the request misread something, and did a whole different change in the system. Yes, we peer review, but I peer reviewed the change HE did, and didn't look back at the original request to see where he misinterpretted it.
