Lets say the mortage and all expenses are $1,000 and rent it for $950 cause it's a competitive market somehow. Now lets say 500 of it goes interest, insurance and the rest goes to the loan. You're still gaining a lot of money even with no profit, plus its more likely than not that the house will appreciate. Its an easy game if you have the money cause you can just cash out refinance after sometime and keep buying more houses. Thats probably one of the big reason house prices have skyrocketed with so many people offering cash during these historic low interest times. Somethings gotta be done about it. Dont mind people with a few properties, but owning dozens makes you a capitalistic vulture.

Fuck em. So many reasons today to not have so many kids. From child care costs, environmental footprint, your own ability to enjoy life less stressful. Shouldnt weight on you so much what they think. Theyre not gonna carry or take care of the baby.

Pretty much just said that on my next post. Ive had anxiety all my life, but it was only this year when things got much worse and became fearful of driving and pretty much of just existing that I had to go to a psych hospital and take meds. Thankfully Im much better now.

She does have mental issues. She has never given specific details about it, but she has mentioned she has problems. A lot of people these days do.

That could be a lot of different things. Anxiety is the very base of mental health problems and we all suffer from it at different levels. It's only when it interrupts your life that it becomes serious enough.

Anyway anxiety is pretty much fear of the future, anticipation...which is what she had the days leading up to the performance and somatized that anxiety through diarrhea, vomiting and crying....which okay maybe was a bit extreme.

Tell that to the person who suffered panic attacks this year and is medicated for anxiety. Everybody reacts a bit different, but the fact that she was able to move on with her life no problem means she doesnt have an actual mental heath condition.

Beat it recently and while I find it a good game, its not as good as 4 or 7. Its an amalgamation from those RE games in a lite version. Not as scary, tense as 7 and not as fun combat wise as 4. Plus all that you said from the story. That said I like Ethan for some reason.

Honestly this. NES, SNES, N64 were even 60-75 back then for experiences not longer than a few hours, so games have actually come down in price and thus why DLC became a thing. That said I rarely buy a game at full price with so many on going sales.
