Nah, it's to try and bypass the spam filters. It worked well at one point, and still works in some situations (eg. Facebook's auto-mod is quite bad at catching it), but email filters - especially large ones like GMail's - have long since caught onto this, and pretty much see that kind of writing as a bigger red flag than the content of the message itself nowdays.

They hit the wrong guy then, because unless I have it specifically white-listed, everything hits my spam folder. I have to go into it at least once a day just to check if there are any interesting emails that I might have gotten.

It's a fine story. It's a step up from Final Fantasy 4. The soundtrack was a serious downgrade, though. The gameplay is the best part of it.

Kintaro in MK2 was some bullshit.

It should satisfy your need for an old school RPG, in that the story isn't very convoluted, and the job system breaks things relatively easily. Just make sure you stay flexible with the jobs, because there are some bosses that are bullshit unless you have specific jobs available with their abilities unlocked.

Agreed. I didn't like the shift to action set pieces that Terminator 2 took, and it took a lot of the science fiction body horror out of it. Also didn't like how heavily they milked Welcome to the Jungle.
