Honestly I think the church makes a solid argument, but if the issue at hand is them attracting crime and vagrancy to the neighborhood then I can't help but feel there's a solution that ensures they can still feed people 6 days a week without making residents feel unsafe. I don't think shutting them down is the way to go

Youre on rails for quite a while in Chapter 2 but itll open up eventually. Not gonna go into any detail after that but itll most likely continue to be hit or miss for you, I think. Its a massive game and usually the one that people playing through the series get burnt out on, from what Ive seen.

Well, I finally made it back to an actual city, so that's something. The prison part lasted a stupidly long amount of time, and when I finally thought I was done with that and gonna play some more Yakuza, it plopped me into that hunting village. Sigh.

Strangely, I was told that 3 was one of the weaker entries but I liked it a lot more than 4 and 5 so far.

I was just thinking the other day about how basically my entire generation grew up on Nick at Nite, watching sitcoms that ended literally decades before any of us were born. Those shows form the cornerstone of so much of my pop culture knowledge

I beat The Gunk and Lake this weekend, both pretty short games but I 1000/1000'd both of them. In the past month i also beat Yakuza 3 and 4, and Max Payne 3.

I'm playing through the whole Yakuza series now and every game seems to play very fast and loose with how lethal guns actually are

In the first Devil May Cry, there's a scene where Dante gets impaled by a giant sword and he pulls it out by essentially pulling the sword the rest of the way through. Like, he grabs the blade and then pulls the entire hilt and handle through his body. After that point, I didn't even understand why the game had health bars
