this is a difficult question, and i'm going to give an annoying answer and say it depends on what you want your life to be about.

like, what's your overall passions-life-money-family-relationships situation? do you have any desires outside of staying warm and being able to retire at a certain age?

if you're fairly confident you'll reach those goals no matter what, it seems like 2 is the obvious answer.

if not, you can roll the dice and go full indentured servitude at number 1 until you burn out

melodramatics aside, here are my real suggestions.

if you take job #1, go in with a game plan. i've worked at companies that "need" you to be on call on vacations, and it's both miserable and a joke- in that it's the sign of a poorly run company. you need to know exactly what job you're leapfrogging to within two years, and know why you can't do the same at job #2.

places like job #1 can totally be a fun adventure for a little while! it'll just wear you down more quickly than you expect.

you are a white-collar worker. in my experience, true advancement in white-collar land comes from switching companies, not promotion from within. maybe you can get a slight title change to make your next job application easier. advancement from within does happen, just at a comparatively glacial (perhaps more reasonable?) pace

TGA clearly values an overall package, including a lot of production value type stuff. It's a rare and/or sad year that could give it to a fairly rote- if competent- 2d handheld metroid

By their formula, Deathloop is the best overall package. It's not super strong, but it does smash a couple different genres together in a cinematic way and tick all of those boxes
