I've had a friend who would constantly claim packages were not recieved when he gets them. I (and many employers) know from a glance if your resume is one that is tailored to their company or just some generic one you click "send resume" at. --- DI MOLTO! |

Religion has certainly lost a lot of credibilities among the younger generation, hence why the skeptic community is chasing after the anti-woke crowd, the two biggest examples being the AmazingAtheist and Sargon of Akkad. But yeah Atheism was at its biggest tryhard during the early internet age because it was one of the few bastions where atheists can truly express themselves... which led to a lot of angstheist. But like someone said Atheism absolutely took a hit during the 2014 when the "euphoric" meme took off because it showed that a lot of these atheists were very full of themselves. As an Atheist myself, I try my best to not go down the angstheist route, but I will still call out what I consider to be Bullshit in religion, especially when Politicians would try to use it to justify shitty laws and behaviors. --- DI MOLTO! |

I don't really know what I want to do as a career, mainly because I suck at pretty much everything and I've failed at literally everything I've ever tried. If you're looking for sympathy, I'll give it to ya. Job searching is a pain in the ass. I also worked in a toxic work enviroment before, hence why the company went out of business. If you're looking for constructive criticism, you have to change your attitude. An attitude like that almost guarantees you won't get the job you're looking for. You have to not give up, keep pushing forward. If you want my best advice, staffing agencies can most certainly help in your position. Tell them want kind of field you want to get into and they'll do most of the work to find you one. If they get you a place and the place likes you, they'll pay the staffing agency so they can keep you as a full time employee. --- DI MOLTO! |

I know my post came off scary, I only do this to help people get into the career job they're looking for, but my main point is to put in the effort and don't treat your career path as if you're applying for a low end job. Take it seriously and try to "network" if possible. The job position I'm in right now was a position that was never posted online, but I only learned of it because the Senior Manager I worked with told me about it because we got along really well. --- DI MOLTO! |

| Prestoff 08/09/21 1:17:03 PM #28 | There seems to be a misunderstanding that Entry level jobs are easier to get into because they dont' require much from you than Senior level jobs... which can be farther from the truth. Entry level jobs are the most competitive because you're competing against every single person who's graduated from a college ever. It's the position that will put your feett through the door over the career path of your choice. They're going to be the most picky over there candidates because of it. I know because I've interviewed so many Entry Level applicants at the CPA firm I work at and know we get thousands of resume's every year. We're going to do everything we can to filter out the applicants, which means we're aiming for the cream of the crop. I would suggest that if there is a job you really want to tailor your resume to what they're looking for to make it easier for their computer to pick out. At our job place, we use AI to find key words that fit our company, which are easy to pick out from the job description and responsibility parts. We want to filter out the ones who are serious and the ones who just click "send resume". --- DI MOLTO! |

JJ Abrams even admitted that he made TFA using the "open box" method on leaving things a mystery and fill in the blanks as you go along. Then Johnson goes and tries to subvert expectations by making a lot of dead ends and ultimately trying to make it about Ray vs Kylo Ren... only for the third movie to throw in Palpatine just because not much people enjoyed the direction TLJ went.
