The plant manager stopped me when I walked past his office today.

He agreed 100% with everything I said; we should still be on a higher pay scale than others.

We're all having a meeting when the HR manager returns. So I guess this worked.

And my supervisor is fucking PISSED. She told my coworker I was a dick for going over her head.

But did she try to help us? Fuck no. So idgaf. The person in charge has my back even if she doesn't. That's all that fucking matters.
Good for you. I hope a little raise happens. Sounds like if your getting 15 right now. That should be bumped up to 18-19. The supervisor part shudders me. I think your fine. But I went over a supervisor once. And was fired for it.

At what their making. A union would be a terrible idea. Not to mention a union is just another way for someone to monopolize. Frankly the Federal government should be supporting its everyday citizen more. Sadly, with all the corporate hang time they get with legislation being payed by corporates. They'll never have time for that. Ever.

It's true, but it's also one of the busiest times of the week as well. Maybe the most. We would deal with something every day in the afternoon evening mostly. Because there were more guests. But Sunday it's pretty much busy all day. The morning possibly being the most.

A lot of the servers I worked with were like pretty boy, blonde lady types. And believe me when I say they were just as much brats as the guests. Everyone acted self entitled everywhere. But than you look at the type of bosses I worked for and you'd start to see a picture.

Ive lived in Seattle my whole life and never once thought it was a top place for crime

worked in Ballard too, worst thing that happened was my boss told us to be careful walking home as there was a KKK meeting somewhere which honestly surprised me. He had to walk the waitresses to their cars.

like any city stuff will happen, but Ive never got the feeling it was really that bad of a city and what does it have to do with rikers island isnt that a prison????
It's a prison I just read about it. And when I saw mentioning of releasing inmates early on account for space. It made me think of previous experiences I've had. I'm not sure if you watch news or not. But there's usually one person shot daily or every other day.

I remember before 2010 I'd hear about it like twice a year. If that. Crime has gone up an insane amount in comparison. I guess you've been lucky. Which is good. I lived in maple leaf most my life. The word wouldnt even be in my vocabulary.

Fast forward to today. I've lost count how many times. I've read a news report of someone getting shot and killed on Roosevelt, lake city, Aurora, even Northgate.

Honestly I doubt Seattle is even in the top Ten for U.S cities crime rate. But it's a big deal for me.

I mean I literally stopped a rape scenario on Roosevelt near Northgate, about five years ago. With the assistance of another person. I thought it was insane. Right next to the damn mall. Or what used to be the mall.

Seattle? Huh?
Yeah my whole life. When I was a supervisor for a store location. I called and filed reports with the police every other day. It was a headache. Especially with all the robberies. Ballard area connected with Seattle,(west or south west I think). not looking too great these days.

There's article you can find where at this point police won't even take them to jail. Because they don't have the room anymore. So they just go back out. I remember we had one fellow who several times over several different occasions threatens violence. And the police would be like, "yep, we chased him away".

Come back next morning, and place is robbed. Very common situation. I remember my last day there. Before I guess being promoted. I showed up early to get everything going. And the store had been robbed again. Last day there had to do two different reports that had taken two hours of my day up.

Was that a flop? It looked like it could have been a flop or she came down on the other girl's foot and thus lost her balance.

Either way, her response was completely uncalled for. She should be ejected from the team at the very least.
She probably tripped on the other girl accidently. You can see her foot land on the other girls foot. Which isn't uncommon. Then decided to pull her down with her. Which isn't uncommon.

But then smashes her hard in the face. That part definitely wasn't an accident.

Blah, useless interview. I hate how much he takes advantage of the mod community. Really they should all just get together and make their own game.
It disgusting.

However there is one important takeaway. He mentions working with your team members. And giving them room to breath. I've been running into his answer a lot. Warren Spector added more to that. With making sure your working with people around you that you wanna give that sort of room to. So there's a lot of adding up in my head.
Todd talks like a business man. Hell, he's been a producer for damn well twenty years. What surprises me is how people think of Skyrim as this game with depth. I clocked in over a thousand hours in it. And it's definitely an action game first, RPG game second. You can definitely leave the word simulation out of it.
Morrowind was the last real Dice roll RPG game they made. oblivion was a mix. And Skyrim is pretty much all action.

It's like Contra to an extent. But you can spend dozens and dozens of hours leveling your loot and finding it.

From my 10-20 hours of play. It's a top down shooter, with some bullet hell stuff sometimes. The game is very forgiving. And loot is a HUGE focus. I'm willing to bet you can spend a hundred hours on the game because of the loot.

It's really only fun if you have someone to co op with. Still got some gear goofy bits in it.

I did a ton of research on it one time. Basically you have a bunch of legislative lawyers based on state population. Which controls the size of points per state. Lawyers are really supposed to support where the popular votes,(we the people), go for overall in their state.

But they don't have to. And there can be investigations or fines involved. Sometimes nothing will happen, or someone is fired. But now has a million dollars in stock. There is a lot of technical laws and what not. And it's a huge bureaucratic mess, but overall.

There Is a lot of interesting parts of U.S law you can read about that can really bum you out. But I'll leave it as is.

I guess if you live in a room, you could save a little bit more. Here in Seattle. A room could be found at 650. But it's like Harry Potter closet size.

I remember when I lived in a room. I could save about half a months worth. Now that I'm living in a cheap apartment. Most of my check goes away to that, car, and food.
