It's also worth remembering that serious illnesses and deaths tend to lag behind cases by a few weeks - and we've only been aware of Omicron for a few weeks so far. And in particular, there are worrying signs that it's much worse for young children than past variants have been. Witcher 3's strength is in exploration and story. If you're only interested in combat, yeah, give it a miss unless you really need something to play.
