You should consider re-examining XQ rather than Bennett for artifacts. The NO only needs the 4pc passive on one of your units. You can build the 2pc passive on anyone that needs a bonus to burst damage.

The Old School XQ: 2pc NO + 2pc HoD
Provides the NO burst bonus as well as amplifying it with a healthy 15% hydro dmg bonus. It's splitting hairs with 4pc NO but does provides a tiny bit of a higher ceiling than it.

The New School XQ: 4pc EoSF
EoSF is the new hotness for a lot of support and sub-DPS units. The 2pc gives a 20% ER boost while the 4pc gives burst boost that is 25% of your ER value (maxout at whooping 75% boost). XQ is already married to any ER% giving sword (sac sword especially) and getting more with substats (or ER sands if RNG sucks) can make him into way more of a beast than NO can dish out.

New school provides around 10-20% higher ceiling damage output with artifact bonuses so you can still rock the old school while farming for EoSF if you're going to go new school on him.

corporations and bosses do not have the right to impose these things on employees except in very specific cases like hospitals or nursing homes due to those settings not being about the business per se, but about the ill people who are at higher risk.

With the way current things are maybe. What you fail to understand about this state is that Texas is an At Will state. "Corporations and bosses" do have the right to fire anyone for quite literally any reason they choose to and they are not required to disclose the reason to the person. You got sick with COVID and became incapacitated? Well the company needs someone to fill in that desk so you're fired and we've replaced you with someone not sick; best of luck to you. And no that isn't covered under vaccine mandate politics at all regardless of whatever opinions may exist for it. The bottom line is that "corporations and bosses" always have ways to run their business how they see fit in TX. All it means is just more paperwork on their end to do it now.

Shady? Yes but that's the reality of the current laws that the TX government has setup for us and these managerial choices happen every single day. To top it off, labor laws in TX have been like this for several years; including well before the pandemic broke out. Like it or not, employees don't have the ideas of freedom being championed here. They never had it for a lot of things. Understand that what you stand for is not only the more dangerous move for society, it's a meaningless one for those of us that do work in this state.

DFW is a major international gateway into the United States that's mainly handled by AA and one of the largest hubs for them. "Hurts the company" is a massive understatement if they were to do this (read: cheaper to lawyer up).

Southwest maybe but given the landscape for airlines since very late 2020 and including the fiasco that was the 737 MAX, they're not going to give up any revenue.

American Airlines (mainly DFW) and Southwest Airlines (mainly HOU and AUS) have already said they will continue their mandates. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

That EO should be shot down with ease as a violation of private business entity's First Amendment rights though (ironically enough).

That's on the high end for narrow body aircraft. Wide body aircraft (the long haul flights) have 250 as the lower end and can be capable of going up to 800 on a single plane (the Airbus A380 being the absolute unit).

The game gave Yoimiya to me within 20 pulls from last 5* for some reason. She feels like prime sub-dps style but that's about it. Might be a boss sniper on some bosses (cyro hypostasis).
