Enkanomiya is bigger than dragonspine, I think. They're comparable though.

And since Inazuma launched, we've gotten a lot of other areas too.

2.0 gave us three islands of Inazuma.

2.1 gave us two more.

2.2 gave us one more after that.

Then 2.4 gave us Enkanomiya.

This game has actually been quite good about giving us new areas to explore since Inazuma came out.

And anyway I haven't seen the video, but if it's comparing 5* characters with constellations, it's totally fair to bring up constellations that make them OP.

"Corny but charming" is a good way to put it. Also the kids were cute and there were some genuinely funny gags.

It got bad as the show went on. The last couple seasons are almost unwatchable. Dave Coulier, the "comedian," was the least funny thing on the show. And the less said about "Fuller House" the better.

Overall though I'd say I still like it.

What if the banner these F2P pulled doesn't have Noelle in it?

I'm a rather special (in a bad way) case because I don't have a lot of primogems even for F2P due to not doing abyss/commissions, but the banner I pulled from the start I played until the latest only 3 had Noellle: Ganyu, Venti rerun, and Zhongli rerun.

Well that's a decision you have to make.

If you hoard gems so that you can get the 5 stars you really want, then you're only going to be able to build up those banners' characters.

I think it's better to strike a balance between 4 and 5 star characters. Mainly pull on 5 stars, but also take 4 stars into consideration. If a banner has a mediocre 5 star but multiple 4 stars that you like, it's worth pulling if you ask me.

I think having several good high constellation 4 stars is more beneficial and more fun than getting one 5 star to C2 or C3.

Of course, it is like I said a long term F2P investment. You use your resources to get her over time. But you have to have the gems to invest in the first place. If you're not even getting all the gems the game gives you, then you'll have to wait longer.

Noelle is only REALLY worth building if she's C6. Which is a high bar but totally reachable for long term F2P. Between the beginner banner, Paimon's Bargains, and the various banners she has been in, almost anyone who wants C6 Noelle and has been actively playing for a year probably has her. Many people who weren't trying have gotten her to C6 by sheer luck.

Once you have that, she's easy to build. You don't need a powerful 5 star weapon. Whiteblind is fine. And since she scales off of def, that gives you some extra leeway with artifact farming. You can trade crit for def without losing much DPS.

Then give her a good geo battery. Traveler is actually great at this. Ningguang is almost as good at energy generation with tons of extra DPS. And of course now you can add Gorou to the mix so she hits even harder.

She's being used as physical main dps, or as electro off-field.

Physical main DPS is a subpar way to use her.

Electro off-field sub DPS is the most popular and most effective way to use Fischl, which is why your comment about "electro Fischl becoming a thing" was so weird. It's already a thing.

It used to be quite common... although that was mostly because of how lousy medical care was. Washington is on record as dying from a cold, but that's probably because back then the most common way to treat diseases was "bloodletting." They thought disease was caused by bad or dirty blood, and the way to cure people was to drain the "bad blood" out of their bodies... which of course would make most of them much sicker.

If Washington had just gotten rest and left alone by doctors, he almost certainly would have healed naturally.

They're always good though. Even the "bad" characters have their niches and frequently wind up getting buffs later on (like Albedo with his sword and Kokomi with her artifact set).

At this point I just say, pull if the character seems like fun to play. They'll be perfectly viable in all content if you build them up.

Yun Jin buffs all normal attacks and buffs non geo attacks more than geo ones because of her third talent. Character in general seems like a patch for Yoimia.

Yoimiya doesn't really need a patch, Raiden did a perfectly fine job of that. Really the only thing she needs is for them to improve the auto aim on ranged weapons in general.

That said, she looks like she will be a welcome addition in the fourth slot of my Yoimiya/Raiden/Diona team when I want some extra power.

Biggest issues afaik
1. The Albedo-optimized sword, artifacts and buffer characters didn't exist
2. One trick pony, but enemies can break his construct
3. Primarily useful in geo teams and it took Mihyo more than a whole year to begin expanding the geo meta

Yeah also he just suffered from coming out so early. The player base hadn't really figured out how the game worked yet. Many--if not most--players were still saying that Bennett and Xingqiu were trash. Banner characters like him and Childe who had nuances and idiosyncrasies in how to use them properly got overshadowed by straightforward powerhouses like Venti, Zhongli, and Ganyu.

Taking that combined with the game not being built around him very well yet (ESPECIALLY in the weapon department) and it's no wonder that so many people undersold him.
