General concern for living a sustainable lifestyle by making changes that don't really negatively impact my life but have environmental benefits

This is a relief since you consume a scary amount of dairy. You have an entire farm in your fridge.

I don't know if it's say it's scary. I was personally consuming about two gallons of milk each week, plus some in the form of whey protein and cheese

My hours aren't tracked and it varies greatly from day to day or week to week, so I couldn't really give a meaningful answer. Such is the nature of work that involves starting cultures that grow overnight or longer, or submitting computing jobs with undetermined wait and runtime.

Yeah this has little to do with the covid vaccine and more about how transplants work in general. If you're not doing whatever you can to decrease the odds of the organ being rejected then you shouldn't be a high priority for a transplant, no matter where the organ comes from

I don't think this has anything to do with decreasing chance of rejection. It has to do with decreasing odds of death from covid after receiving an organ transplant.

If 2FA means nobody will get into that one basket, though, doesn't it also mean nobody can get into any of the smaller baskets?

Unfortunately a lot of services either don't offer 2FA at all. Or only offer it via SMS (which is susceptible to a SIM swap) meaning that if a determined individual knows your identity, account name and password, they could gain access to said account.

If that's your approach, couldn't you just use one password for everything and 2FA the individual accounts and get the same security without the added step of the password manager?

That isn't the same security though. That's reusing passwords. If any of my individual random website passwords are leaked, no others are compromised.

In fact, if somehow society was completely unaware of how to scalp consoles or or were illegal (and 100% enforced), the problem would still exist.

People with money who want the console now would just put out bounties for other people to fulfill. "I'll pay you $200 if you find me a PS5" type of deal, with the same end result.

If scalpers are making money by selling consoles at inflated prices, then they aren't making the shortage worse. Demand would have to already greatly exceed supply.

I'm not saying scalpers are good guys, but I'd wager they're not a primary reason you can't find a console. Maybe 10% of the reason. You only perceive it to be entirely on scalpers because you see news and topics and listings of scalped consoles, but not typical sales to end users.

The thing is, I dont mind paying the asking price of the system. I dont want to help scummy scalpers by paying them 2 or 3 times the price (or more) for the scummy behavior, though They shitty people who dont deserve it

The number of scalpers is nothing compared to the number of people wanting to buy the console. Scalpers aren't really making it harder for you to find one; the high demand is making it hard to find one, made up of people just like you wanting to buy it. Scalped consoles are highly visible because they're being advertised, but for every scalped console you have hundreds of legitimate purchases who got theirs and don't try to resell.

There's scalpers because there's a shortage of supply. The shortage of supply isn't because of scalpers.

I don't see why you think that's the same principle.

If someone is not vaccinated against covid, the immunosuppressants given after transplant can cause covid to have greater mortality. Or, the transplant could end up causing more harm than benefit.

Immunosuppressants aren't going to make an HIV positive person more susceptible to their own HIV, provided they're getting modern treatment. So there isn't the same principle of the transplant doing more harm than good.
