Complete horseshit, she was stealing from me and I tried to get my stuff back and then she just went ballistic. I was unfortunate enough to get a female cop who completely ignored that I had called 911 first. Spent 10 hours in the slammer (arugula) then lawyered up hard with a guy who normally handles murder cases. Needless to say he slapped her court appointed lawyer so hard it was like she was being represented by Lionel Hutz. Wound up with one year probation, and after that it was expunged so I had no criminal record as long as I took a course on how to handle aggressive partners.
