Thinking of making some penuche fudge but I might go with plain ol' fudge

Mix some chocolate chips with some condensed milk and butter, heat it up on low (or a double boiler for best results), pour the mix into a baking pan of some sort (preferably with some wax paper or something), then let it cool in the fridge
