I think some kind of UBI or NIT needs to be implemented at a national level because there are clearly a sizable part of the population that do NOT want to work. Those people should not be made to work as many times the workforce is better without them. This reminds me of back when I worked retail, I had a coworker who was incredibly lazy and never wanted to do their job. He clearly did not want to be there and wanted to be a burden on everyone around him.

I mean, I like the glancing around, and some of the walking... but the paint shit is just confusing (I don't remember ectoplasm being a big plot element, although some people were touched by ghosts), and it doesn't show any ghosts. I'm also surprised to learn that "rival" ghost viewer is blonde. I didn't picture her as that from the manga.

I just have to admit my taste in Anime and Manga is just... different. I'm pretty easy to please as long as it's a slice of life of some kind. People were complaining about the ending of episode 2 not being as impactful as it was in the Manga but I thought it was great.

First thing that immediately comes to mind is vnc over an ssh tunnel over a corporate vpn which is something I do for work frequently. Only thing your ISP knows in that occasion is that you're talking to some corporate VPN endpoint, which is quite frankly, none of their business.

But like, I have zero reason to be "afraid" of Comcast.

This is what consumer-facing VPNs are advertised to do.
Said VPNs are also creating a MitM attack between you and your destination. The VPN provider can easily collect information and there's no regulation and can basically say anyone has audited them.

I wrote a research paper back in college about how the American Dream was fabricated to promote consumerism to GIs after WW2 and got a C because the professor didn't agree with reality. The sad reality is that we are still being affected by the GI Bill today.

I remember back when EOC first launched that Runescape lost 75% of its playerbase beteween the downtime because even then 75% of the players playing were Bots (I was on that morning doing Slayer, Waterfiends to be exact). Now it's probably even worse with all of the ML going on in the game and how Runescape basically is responsible for keeping Venezuelans fed.
