I live in the AZ mountains and it really doesn't. Like high 80s low 90s in the day and mid-high 60s at night, not really that extreme

TC didn't specify the temperature range they'd consider cold enough to need heat. That range is fine with me, but my gf would think it's freezing at night and burrow under a comforter lol

Usually if you're oily enough that it could pose a problem, you either go home and change or walk around in cat litter/absorbent material to try and soak it up

I used to read old Dilbert a lot as a kid, like the old 90s cartoons. Those were nerd cringe but at least kinda entertaining and mostly focused on cynicism and satire of the workplace, especially the idiocy of management and marketing. His portrayals of Asok and other minorities was always kinda troublesome.
