Server-side templates? Get with the times and make the site a clunky, slow, and resource-hogging single page app.

I'm talking about conversations in real life where people talk over each other all the time. The interruptions aren't perfect. If you try to do it realistically in a production then it'll seem amateurish even if it's intentional. In real life people aren't passing a figurative talking stick around. Even if you have a line written out fully, you're still having the actor stop what they're saying so that the audience can hear the other say their piece.

I'm doing a mix. If I know someone, I'll follow then but also sometimes I'll just follow if they have a decent amount of active posts or have been on the boards long enough. I don't follow just anybody. I don't even know why I'm pumping my numbers up now but it just takes two clicks so whatever. It really came into force with China beating out the US in 5G. Since the US was late on that, they outright demanded people not use their equipment as a matter of "national security". There was an attempt to outmaneuver China with trade deals, but TPP was encumbered with corporate greed and of course ultimately sunk by Trump because his name wasn't on it. It's going to take a while, but the hints are strong for companies to find alternate suppliers. Right now the US is screaming about human rights. That'll escalate to economic sanctions, the US's favorite economic tool. US media is also screaming about China building up their military. Look forward to proxy wars all over the place.

How did they look like after Bush Jr? The same things were being said about the US and its standing in the world during and after his presidency.
