I live for making teams with weird typings/unexpected not-in-OU Pokes, even if they aren't ideal.

I enjoyed the hell out of non-Galarian Stunfisk, for instance, and used a Heliolisk through this gen as a holdover of when I tried to do an all-lizard team in Sun/Moon. And I was hoping to make Dhelmise work this gen, too, but I lost interest halfway through Crown Tundra.

Yes I know anything above "medium rare" is ruining the meat but I can't stand the texture of rare beef, unless it's filet mignon. Burn the fat off it while it's on the grill.

Better yet, pass on the beef in general, give me a salad, chicken, or a mild meaty fish.

EDIT: or bacon, which is also at its best when it starts to become charcoal.

100-500. I have about 70 reserved for "in case I forget/lose it off the drive" things, a smattering of appointment reminders that I never bother to open because the title is enough to remind me when it's sent to my phone, and my library reminder emails that I purge every quarter of a year (and also don't matter unless I'm starting to get them titled as overdue notices.)

EDIT: closer than I thought. Was at 480. Now at 300 after I mass-deleted the library notices.
(I work in said library and check it there, but it's a good backup.)

My vote goes for 8. They clearly mean a delay (starting it an hour early, while grammatically correct, is socially wrong in most cases.)

In fact, I'd say it's more around 8:15. If they weren't ready at time A, they're likely not going to be at time A+60m.

Flash Man's stage is garbage though? Extremely short attempt at a maze with slippy ice physics, a vertical drop section that's completely ignorerable, and a "jumping puzzle" that only gives an E-tank, is skippable by Item usage, and doesn't even have a safe escape without Crash Bombs (because otherwise you have to deal with annoying Joe machines.)

Still going with Quick Man.

Hey, hi, been playing BRD a lot lately. AoE is fine, especially if you bear in mind that Quick Nock can reset Bloodletter (and, by extension, Rain of Death) at a 30% chance. Combine this a reset during Mage's Ballad (especially the one you can force from Empyreal,) the faster spam speed from Army's Paeon (plus the lingering effect during next song) and you rarely need to keep DoT up on more than two targets unless you're fishing for quickcharging Apex Arrow.

In short, presuming you dont let a song drop off, Wanderer's is your burst single-target window, Mage's is your "buff party now" AoE spam, and Army's is your followup AoE spam and reapplication period if there's more than 3 targets to hit.

Yes, for specialties. Used to be no, before I moved out here, cuz the farmer's market and minimall by my hometown was basically Diagon Alley with some niche shit.

Three times in the past year: one for fresh mint leaves, one for canned water chestnuts, and one just last week for unscented liquid soap. Hilariously, I had the most problem with the soap.

I still think Aquatic Ruin would be perfect if it wasn't slowdown-prone, but then, everything remaining has a problem with it.

Emerald Hill: inferior to Green Hill's nostalgia and Angel Island's lighting the fuck on fire.

Chemical Plant: suffers from overexposure, too many deaths due to crusher-jank.

Casino Night: slot machines and pinballing breaks the flow of "gotta go fast"

Aquatic Ruin: Laggy.

Interesting fighting game concept and great music, plus fan of the series, ruined by godawful character design and specials just being "press button to delete half a health bar after a long cinematic."

You can see where EA started to sink its claws in. The world is just flat-out unfinished, and you have no reason to save these assholes on the island you find yourself upon nor do you manage to.

E.V.O.L.V.E.
If I'm going to play a monster-vs-player game, I want the monster to have some impact, not be bullied by a bunch of spastic gremlins with guns. Nor does being the human-side feel very good - jetpacks are so goddamn anemic that the only time you wind up dying when you get a feel for the game is when you ran out of fuel mid-jetpack again which is all the time. It's a shame: I liked the grenadier-medic quite a bit, but both sides felt like they controlled like ass.
