GTA V was a big step up from GTA IV but unfortunately they realized that they could milk GTA 5 for profit with online and lazy rereleases and so why bother making another good game? They don't even have any real competition to force them to step up there game.

From what i've seen overinflated budgets lead to more and more anti consumer business practices like microtransactions that nickle and dime the consumer for every cent and prey on people with addictions with shit like lootboxes in order to recoup their overinflated budget. I don't see why the average triple A game needs to cost as much as the average hollywood blockbuster.

If you are out of shape do yourself a favor and try exercising and getting your diet in check.

Working out will release chemicals that make you feel less depressed and has the added bonus of improving your body. Eating excessive processed fast food, junk food and sugar seriously messes up not only your physical health but also your mental health and makes you feel bloated and sluggish. People are so conditioned into eating all this crap constantly that they think it's normal. Dunno if it will help you but it worked for me.
