| Muscles 10/07/21 12:35:15 PM #19 | I've experienced all the things in both those lists, and overall I would say it's still a positive for me, but won't necessarily be for everyone as some will only get the negatives or get the negatives too much and it outweighs the positives. As far as alcohol goes, I'm really surprised I'm not an alcoholic because of multiple factors and wouldn't advise people to use it to help with anxiety but for whatever reason it helps me to loosen up but I haven't built an addiction. I think the most days I've drank in a row is 4 then I just can't stomach the idea of drinking for a couple weeks, though I usually keep it around once a week on average and 95% of the time it's just fun and makes me forget about my anxiety for a few hours. For me, both usually have positive effects but have at times caused anxiety to get worse but that's rare. Obviously everyone is different so I won't say that's the case for everyone, maybe for some people alcohol makes them anxious and not weed and vice versa.
