Irresponsible tenants who are usually late on their rent and are trying to dodge their landlord, are damaging the landlord's property, or are problematic in general shouldn't get a break, but the landlord should have to provide proof and still give a eviction notice in adequate time prior to eviction. I hate slumlords who don't fulfill their end of the bargain towards their tenants and just buy up properties to load up people in to try and milk them for money, like the ones that are responsible for that condo collapse in Florida, but irresponsible scumbag tennants are pretty awful as well. |

It's marginal Zelos' regular no input regular attack is a bit faster than Kratos', but Kratos' no input regular attack covers a bit more range to his right side and even his back and can work better defensively against more than one enemy. Kratos' down input regular attack is a bit faster than his no input regular attack. With aerial attack related EX Skills Kratos can easily match Zelos' speed because his aerial attacks come out as fast as Lloyd and Zelos. Endgame Kratos has a easily spammable Shining Bind(Kratos' Shining Bind doesn't require Overlimit to activate) trivializes groups of regular enemies and can give you a nice advantage at the beginning of boss fights too. Endgame Zelos can get the OP Gilgamesh title(Tower of Druaga reference) which gives him big HP, ATK and DEF increases on level up. Optimal builds for Kratos involve making him balanced with his Conqueror title, or going as much into INT as possible with his War God title for stronger Aerial Spell spam. Optimal build for Zelos is making him mainly physical with the Gilgamesh title, but if you want better more TP and higher INT for Aerial Spell damage then use the Grand Champion title. That said, I prefer Kratos as a character and spamming Shinning Bind feels amazing endgame, but the Gilgamesh title is too OP and gives Zelos a considerable edge when it comes to his ATK and DEF growth on New Game + playthroughs. |

You can tell shes got a lot weighing down on her, her performance in the the team qualifiers was pretty bad (by her standards she was still first overall). Even back at the trials she was making multiple uncharacteristic mistakes, I wouldn't be surprised if she retired after the games. Wouldn't be surprised if she calls it quits too, but then again if she does I doubt the media will ever let her live her life and move past it. |

When they even make second place seem like it's not adequate there is a huge problem. All of the athletes involved there are generally incredible, otherwise they wouldn't even be allowed to compete. When you consider that, it makes losses inevitable. There people who still go on to grief the athletes there despite that are absolute assholes. |

It's not so much that Japan has lost much of it's popularity as much as certain demographics of people who largely populate certain nations have become more pessimistic and xenophobic thanks to hate speech from certain individuals and groups. The main thing people talk about internationally when it comes Korea is Kpop artists / groups and that's about it. |
