I'm guessing that means each variant that wanted peace isolated their own timelines in a similar manner to keep their timelines away from the ones who wanted war. When I hear the story used as a negative I get confused because not every anime needs to be deep. I thoroughly enjoyed Demon Slayer because it gave me old-school anime vibes in a good way. Is it better than some other anime released around the same time? Hell no. I prefer Vinland Saga and TPN. But Demon Slayer is good. Absolutely agree, not every anime needs to have a deep and complex story but maybe this just isn't for me. Oh well, I'm glad I gave it a decent shot --- Rehab is for quitters. |
