Posted this on the other Dragon Age board, but it's a good thing to hear. Inquisition's multiplayer mode was felt like a complete afterthought and was boring to play through, even with actual teammates. (Managed to find a few a couple years ago on PS4, but who knows how many use it today.) If they put their backs into making a truly interesting multiplayer (preferably PvE) mode, instead of it just being a cog in a MTX engine, it could turn out pretty decent. Still, with Bioware failing so often in recent years, maybe it's best they stick to their strong suits and help turn their reputation around.

Never played this game, but I remember coming across it when I was making a racing game playlist on Youtube. There's this song, which is a fantastic earworm, and a bunch of meh or mediocre ones that don't even come within spittin' distance.

I think as Wild Arms games go on, though, their OSTs' greatness becomes less of a "huh!???" thing. My favorite town theme of all time is from a WA game, just not that first one. :P

If you want to have fun doing anything as the game goes on, you're going to want to either build highways (other players can contribute to this), build ziplines over the upcoming crap-tier terrain, or just keep going on foot. Vehicles aren't going to work very well later on without highways, and even then, the highways don't cut a direct line between useful places, so it can take awhile to backtrack.

Eventually, proper zipline networks are the quickest way to do stuff. Upgrading them blows (they use chemicals, a rare upgrade material) but it's worth it. Just make sure to leave bandwidth for 'em; I think they take 500 apiece. Oh, and if you hate timefall damage, look into building timefall shelters -- they're mushroom-shaped spaces that act as free package refreshment sprays (or whatever they're called). They're cheap to build and upgrade, so put one in a good spot you go by a lot and have fun. Definitely upgraded a bunch of random ones I found when I was playing, just because they only take metal or something.

Ziplines can also get around BT areas, going around or right over the top of 'em, so once you learn that, bringing your 500 pounds of magazines to some chubby goofball isn't worth doing on foot. If you're hellbent on hoofing it through BT areas, definitely bring bola guns, as they can temporarily incapacitate BTs and let you go by unimpeded.

Building 9000 highways is the filler. I guess you could ignore that stuff and off-road on that crappy-ass ground (the stuff near one of the distro centers looks like Puppy Chow, lmao), but it's tough to do missions without 'em. Hope you're having fun with ziplines!

The Forest Temple's theme reminds me of Sonic Youth's "Candle," so I've always liked that place.
