It's all about communication, man. Sometimes I want to do my own thing or be alone, too. I don't want to spend every second of every day with my wife, and I'm sure she doesn't want to with me as well.

You have to talk about what she does that frustrates you and why, but also when she tells you what frustrates her, don't argue with it, don't fight it, don't justify it. Just acknowledge it, and try to work on it (as long as it's reasonable, you know). Like, if you play games 14 hours a day and she complains about it, I'd say that's valid. If you play a couple hours on the weekend to unwind and she complains you're not giving her attention, then it's a conversation about how it's how you relax and unwind after work and you need that "me" time, but how about you go do something Sunday morning or something.

Communication is the key to life, my friend. Talk about the things that she does that annoy you, but also ask her, what do you do that frustrates her?

Twitter is basically the only social media I use, mainly because I don't know anybody else who does, and it's good for breaking news.

Deleted Snapchat & Instagram a year ago, I use Facebook Messenger only as my messaging app, never downloaded Tik Tok.

Never got into Reddit, hate the format, hate the upvote/downvote system, hate the hivemind.

Never got into Twitch either, don't understand the value of watching someone play a game for hours when I could myself. I do watch some streamers Youtube videos, because they're more succinct/to the point.

Casually/early stages, yeah no problems. Getting into a more serious relationship? I would have concerns.

It also depends on circumstance. If you meet the girl and this is what she does and her main source of income, you enter that relationship knowing it. If my wife out of the blue said she wanted to do OF to make more money or whatever, I'd have a problem.

Every shopping centre, caf, bar now takes card in Australia, and most shopping can be completed online.

Hell, I have to think to remember my PIN on my card, because every transaction under $200 can be completed by tap & pay these days.

I do carry around a $1 US bill with me (I'm Australian) for certain activities that do require a bank note, usually rolled up, that I would probably get modded for if I disclosed exactly what.
