Mort has the most burst damage, Shady has healing (plus marginal value in grinding darkness), Rib is great for just giving you a moment's break. I'm going with Rib here. While burst damage is always useful, Rib can trivialize problematic encounters that can't be killed in a single burst (like most of Elysium's encounters). --- Congrats to BKSheikah, who knows more about years than anyone else. |

My build wasn't anything special, bow with Triple Shot + companion Rib (meant to take Shady but it worked out) + Shattered Shackle, the idea being to not rely on boons so you get a bunch of free heat from Approval Process 2 and Underworld Customs. But I ended up getting Aphrodite on attack and swapped keepsakes to Pom Blossom and then the Acorn for Styx. Really it started as a terrible run, I burned all my death defiances by the end of Asphodel, but Patroclus saved me and then I played much better in Styx. --- Congrats to BKSheikah, who knows more about years than anyone else. |
