I think the tag you want is "vanilla". I've seen a grand total of one vanilla hentai I liked. It's still kind of full of anime tropes though? You can't quite get away from them.

Being upset that he did not postpone a work meeting on literally five minutes notice in order to make you food is the only thing I've seen so far that does seem to be crossing into not okay territory.
I agree with this. It isn't reasonable to expect that he put aside the meeting or have it be done at exactly the time he says. Work is a responsibility, and taking care of it doesn't mean he values you less. For everything else, you ought to have a serious talk with him if you feel he isn't doing enough. If he is this lazy before the baby comes, how lazy is he going to be once it is born and there is even more work? I grew up in a family full of lazy, "helpless" people that eternally put off tasks for "later" or "this weekend". There was a nasty strain off gaslighting too, where they'd "forget" what they'd promised or flat out lie about what was discussed, sometimes only minutes after it happened!

You haven't mentioned anything like that as far as I can see from skimming your posts, but I consider your resentment over the long meeting time to be a red flag. A work meeting shouldn't make you feel like you aren't valued...so is it really something else your husband is doing that makes you feel that way?

I mean what, officially, did they say the reason for the arrest was? Obviously it's BS, but I'd love to what reason got put down on the police report.

Wheel of Fortune is such a depressing show to watch. Pat Sajack was always an ass, but I had no idea he'd gotten that bad. Is it just regular Trump stuff, or is he a Q believer too?

These days, it seems like COVID stress and poor working conditions for a lot of folks are making things hard. It can be hard to be empathetic to others when life has you down.

The longer I'm away from religion and the overtly religious, the more amazed I am by the concept of prayer. God sees all and knows all. What does he need you to tell him exactly? If he can hear the silent prayers a lot believers utter, that means he can and does hear the thoughts of humans so he knows exactly what you wanted before you say anything. If he hears spoken prayers, then he hears what people are saying and already knows the situation. So again, what was the point? Some Christians think what you should only pray that God's will be done. Who else's will would God be doing? Why would the all-powerful creator of the universe need mortal cheerleaders and encouragement?

The lack of response to prayer is the biggest evidence against Christian theology. If God performs miracles, they are miracles that exist in the realm of what is ordinarily possible and don't create any statistical anomalies. No matter their religious affiliation or any other traits, God grants no prayers for people with Stage 4 cancer or who are missing limbs and even most religious are able to perform no miracles in Jesus name. The very concept of a "relationship with God" is ridiculous. It apparently consists of people stalking aloud or silently and waiting for some vague feeling or sign telling them what response, if any, God has. Regardless of what kind of being God is supposed to be, such a method of "communication" is nonsensical. There is no communication and if God wants something specific of people, we have no idea what it is. If he wanted anything or cared about what we thought, wouldn't there be a better way?

Physics for Scientists and Engineers: A Strategic Approach with Modern Physics 4th Edition
That was the textbook I used in college, and I found it to be excellent. I took physics as a returning adult student with no special background aside from a love for math, so this isn't one of those recommendations where the book sucks and I already knew the material. No, the book does a good job and there are lots of challenging problems inside. One of the negative reviews states there are typos in the answers in the back of the book. While I never encountered that, it is probably true for every textbook, it's just a matter of hitting the right problems. Another review complains of the difficulty. Physics for Scientists and Engineers is a college-level book aimed at people who have taken calculus before or are taking it while enrolled in physics. The material gets harder as you go, but only because the physics itself is harder. The EM stuff towards the back got a bit much for people in my class, and that was usually down to a poor mastery of calculus. There is a pretty big difference between doing well in calculus and understanding the math well enough to use it for real problems.

Anyway, that's my strong recommendation.

I don't see Train to Busan working in a US setting with American actors. In the first place, what railway is it going to take place on? Is it going to be zombies on a bus instead? Part of the charm too was that nobody had a gun so they had to fight the zombies with unconventional weapons.

If you are trying to learn physics, don't read articles and watch videos. Buy yourself a quality college-level textbook, hone your math skills to the appropriate level, and use that to learn. There are good videos and articles, but those are just supplements to a good textbook's explanations, and most importantly, problem sets.

Eh, I've only talked to the guy before about tech stuff, and he seemed absolutely fine. Signatures don't display for me on Gamefaqs, but if it is made up of anime characters, so what? If you discounted everyone who liked anime on this site, you'd lose a lot of posters. The character of Rika Furude is from a popular and long running series of anime and visual novels. It's not that weird to think he might be a fan.

I've never been warned, but I have been moderated for posting stuff about civil rights and government surveillance. Some of the weirdest and least genuine posters on Gamefaqs never seem to get moderated at all. Maybe he did say something that justified getting suspended, but it's kind of gross to just heap on a guy without having any specific to say about him.
