Most of the time when I check the Walmart app itll say they have something in stock but not where in the store it is. | littlebro07 04/19/21 11:24:32 AM #43 | I worked as a cashier at Dollar General for 9 months and it made me start assuming that every new person I meet is an idiot so if theyre not an idiot I can be pleasantly surprised So many people getting pissed that I wouldnt take Family Dollar coupons (yes maam I know they both have Dollar in the name but were two separate fucking stores) or this couple that got very angry when a box of cereal rang up a nickel more than the price that was listed on the shelf Or the guy who bought some printer paper and asked if I knew if it was compatible with a very specific printer (gave the full model number) and I said I wasnt sure and he started lecturing me about how when he was my age working at the general store he was expected to be knowledgeable on all the items they carried and that my generation is so lazy and doesnt want to work hard. I wanted to tell him that my generation would look up the type of paper needed before going to the store. Then there was the lady who tried to return one of those small plastic kiddy pools (the ones that are like 3 feet in diameter and half a foot deep) that had clearly been used for a long time. It was covered in mud, had a couple chipped pieces, some cracks, etc. I told her I couldnt accept it and she pulled out a receipt from over a year earlier and tried telling me that because she has a receipt Im required to accept the return. --- |
