The one thing I always disliked about versus battles with Batman is that the argument inevitably devolves into the meme of "Batman with prep time" but the other character never gets any time to prepare for the battle.

I mean, surely if Batman gets time to assess his enemy's strength and weakness, then any number of cosmic beings should also be able to get adequate information about Batman?

I think Snyder has an interesting and unique visual style (at least as far as cinematography is concerned) that gives his movies a "larger-than-life" and "epic" feel. But he's held back immensely by his need to make everything "dark and gritty".

Artists copy poses all the time, usually just adding their own unique flair to it.

And I think in this particular instance, it's likely whoever commissioned him sent him this photo and he just went with it. And probably didn't know exactly how to pose her due to unfamiliarity with the character.

Not to defend Butch Hartman because I hear he's a shit person, but the only reason this is getting this much attention is because he's a famous artist.

It's more likely that he did a quick Google search, and used the original image as a reference not knowing it was the work of an independent artist.

I don't get why people are so invested in getting the Fox-men revived. More than half the movies were crap. So bad that they even erased their own timeline once (twice?). Their most famous portrayal (Hugh Jackman as Logan) said he's done with it.

Because Fox Quicksilver > MCU Quicksilver.

If they bring back nothing else from the Fox X-Men movies, they should bring him back.
