To my surprise, everything at the concessions has a price that either ends in $.00 or $.50, and all cent change was done with half dollars. It was probably the first time Id seen one in over a decade. Neat idea. Keeps transactions simple, and the half dollar felt like a novelty. Shotgunnova posted... I once got a half-penny as change from McDonald's. When I was in high school, I worked at a grocery store as a cashier. Someone paid with a $2 bill at one point, so I had it in my register. As the day went on, I ran low on singles, and asked a manager to rebalance my register. Before it could be done, I ran out of singles, and I tried to give a customer change with the $2 bill. The person raged on me for trying to rip them off with fake money. The best excuse I could possibly give is that ghosts being real is something the general public simply can't handle, and wants to forget and / or believe it was all just fake. I took it in Ghostbusters 2 that the actual ghostbusters had their 15 minutes of fame, and without actual ghosts anymore, they couldnt keep their business going. So in this case the Mariners have allowed 49 more total runs this season than what they've scored, but they still have a winning record. Thats correct. And run differential is a very good indicator of what a teams actual win-loss record will be.
