You can tell because if you buy some crap and then buy some more crap a few hours later, it will actually get delivery times the same way. And notice how many times you see that guy drive by your house in a day. It should just be once but they just literally get a list of deliveries in an area and do them chronologically. When we couldnt deal with the person troubleshooting wed tell them to hold it about 2 or 3 feet above the floor. Then tell them to drop it so the circuits would be reseated firmly. At which point we would remotely restart the connection. Then wed tell the person to drop it again whenever the connection went down.
