Apparently they cut it out of the the later releases because it was too graphic or something, but I guess the Steam version is the original PC version. | MZero 05/08/21 5:04:00 AM #386 | Huh, so I did Star Door 15 and didn't really get it. I decided to look into it because something felt off and it turns out it was very censored in this version. The whole first part is cut out and it starts with Joshua and Loewe raiding the place. The picture of Renne with cuts all over her body was also removed and replaced with a black screen. I think the rest was the same though. I ended up watching the full thing on YouTube, good lord almighty that was dark. So far it seems like a few of them are really relevant and the rest are nice little bonus stories, not that that's a bad thing. I also agree with you on the main game, I really enjoyed Kevin's arc and Ries is great. Leonhart4 posted... I appreciate what the main game provided for the overall picture, but I also didn't fall in love with Kevin like some people did, so it didn't really hook me there. Balancing them evenly throughout the entire game would have been better If I could do the door when I found it, I usually did. But I only went back for a few. That's what I did and the final dungeon was a breeze I did this but evidently not long enough. I dunno, I'm usually so strong by the end of a Trails game that nothing the main game throws at me is going to beat me, even if I don't know exactly what's coming, so I don't remember the end of 3rd being a problem. My main party probably is! I haven't gotten to the final boss yet though. I died to the first one once and haven't tried again. They did fine in the actual dungeon but they're kind of weak to fight the boss. I did level up my other characters a bit but they're still weaker, plus I wasn't going to grind the sepith necessary to unlock all their slots and get the best quartz. Usually I would optimize my equipment/quartz better and try again but in order to do that I have to re-do the entire dungeon. It wouldn't be hard (especially with the Cloak quartz) but it would be incredibly tedious --- MZero, to the extreme I never saw azuarc coming, but he won the Guru! |

| MZero 05/05/21 9:48:00 AM #344 | Oh wow this final dungeon is terrible. Why in the world did they decide to make you fight all the bosses after doing the whole thing? I mean, it would be a bit better if you could change your equipment and orbments between battles, but you're expected to optimize your parties and equipment without knowing what enemies are coming up, and if you messed up anywhere or went in underleveled with one of your parties you have to re-do the entire dungeon. This is a contender for worst final dungeon of all the games I've played tbh The rest of the game was good though --- MZero, to the extreme I never saw azuarc coming, but he won the Guru! |

For the Capua bros battle, I just confused the minions and let them do most of the work for me The Enforcers battle was pretty easy It was pretty obvious the Black Knight guy was Loewe, but it was probably meant to be obvious. At least now I know why he was "alive", though. As for the battle, it wasn't too hard, I just hit his Dragon mech with Clock Down and went to work. I got a little worried when he started making clones, and then hit me with an unexpected 2nd S-Craft I barely recovered from, but I managed to beat him first try. As he faded out, I think Joshua's sister appeared behind him for a second? Gave me chills tbh, that was a nice touch --- MZero, to the extreme I never saw azuarc coming, but he won the Guru! |

A spoiler has to actually spoil the experience, hence the name, and knowing Samus is a girl doesn't spoil anything. | MZero 04/29/21 10:50:37 PM #332 | I did it! As expected I couldn't live with myself lowering the difficulty like a scrub so I reloaded my save and tried again. I equipped the heat-resistant boots for +15 speed on everyone which may have been the difference. I was hesitant to use them because the low defense but I didn't get hit enough to matter much. Once I got him under 20k I popped one of those 200 CP capsules and hit Sakura Morning Moon on a critical turn for victory.
