You are nearly 400 lbs but you say you have gone 5 days without eating before and you can do it again. Generally people who are that overweight have an addiction to eating and can't help themselves. If you can not eat for 5 days, why wouldn't you diet and lose some of that weight? Limit your food intake even half of what you normally eat and the pounds will drop off fast. Clearly it sounds like you are capable of reducing how much you eat. Unless...I am lazy as hell. I really don't eat that much.
