I don't know what that means. XD It means he tore out a custom water cooling loop and replaced it with a contained water cooler that you install and forget. You don't need to maintain it/clean it like a custom loop. Custom loops generally perform better, but require more care. I'd be mad at that change tbh, but since this person is the type to bring their computer to a tech they might not even notice or be happy. --- Many Bothans died to bring you this post.
