Lopen 03/16/21 2:31:19 PM #146 | StartTheMachine posted... FYI this is incorrect. Warrants are weird, often lag behind commons and can be swung dramatically by short term volatility, but even OTM warrants always track commons to some extent. ITM warrants would have a Delta of 1 and would directly follow commons much more closely, but warrants are intrinsically tied to commons no matter what, even OTM warrants that are technically worthless. While this is true the other thing to consider is that the volume on CREXW is very small and the main thing driving the price you see is the Bid rather than the Ask (the latter of which hasn't moved much at all in the past few weeks) EIther way a $0.20 swing back and forth isn't really going to change the value of CREXW much. A sustained push into higher prices over time. Or a surge into the 3s. But not $0.20. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Lopen 03/16/21 12:05:02 PM #142 | Also hidden fourth benefit (related to the first point) is we're going to get a really good idea of potential revenue floor coming in when the mine is operational because they're going to have sales on record which wouldn't go down when they're making their own supply and in theory they could go up because their Uranium is higher grade so it may warrant a markup or they can afford to take on more clients with their own, but you're going to get a good idea of what the revenue stream looks like which again, investors will like. --- No problem! Lopen 03/16/21 9:46:11 AM #133 | So I guess DNN did another offering at $1.10 and got quite a sum for it, to the tune of 80 million What makes this interesting is they're using nearly the entirety of the proceeds to buy wholesale Uranium. 2.5 million pounds of it. Normally offerings are bearish short term but the amount of capital they got and what they used it for is really interesting. Like they really believe demand and price of Uranium are gonna go up and want to be able to resell it and get a customerbase before their mine is fully operational. It actually sounds really smart. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Lopen 03/15/21 9:56:51 AM #64 | I have 2500 shares and 100 calls (60 July 2.5, 40 April 2.5) Strategy is 1. Hope it flies this week to $2.5+ 2. Sell covered calls for Mar 19 on literally all of it for $4 if the contract price on that ever goes to $0.05+ 3. Wait for squeeze next week (it will if it crosses $2.5) 4. Sell all calls at that pop. Sell covered calls on all shares for a pretty ambitious price in hopes that I keep my shares (if it pops to $6, sell them for $8) If it doesn't go to $2.5 I have no clear exit point but feel safe holding long. Lopen 03/13/21 10:55:46 PM #20 | I wanna know why you invest in NIO at this point instead of LI or XPENG. Li is closest to generating actual profit and goes for hybrid cars instead of pure electric which seems like it may have an appeal for China right now Xpeng has the self driving car AI thing going for it and advanced battery speculation Moreover they both have like 1/3 the market cap and better growth rates in the past year than Nio. Nio's market cap vs revenue ratio needs Tesla level growth (also overpriced) potential to pay off but Tesla actually makes money now and has global presence not just national. So yeah it's like why invest in Nio. Overall revenue is higher than the other two but it had a several year headstart. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Lopen 03/13/21 11:10:03 AM #476 | Now that being said if it goes WELL past $2.50 by EOW I will be aggressively selling some 3/19 Covered Calls on everything I own to remove risk. If I miss the squeeze oh well but it gets harder to know what the effects of a bunch of ITM $2.50 calls will have the further it goes from $2.50. Lopen 03/13/21 10:41:01 AM #475 | GameStonk posted... @Lopen what's your play here? Sell if it approaches $2.50 or hold forever? So if it breaches $2.50 before March 19th it's going to gamma squeeze sometime the week after due to ~30 million shares being claimed by ITM $2.50 calls. So no definitely not selling if it approaches $2.50. I plan to sell the majority of my 100 calls on that spike (may actually hold some of the July ones to potentially convert to shares). Possibly buy back in with 2023 calls or shares depending on how far it falls after that spike. For the shares I own (and any calls I intend to keep) I'll sell covered calls on that spike and hold them if they don't get cashed out. I do think it's a potential $10+ stock in a few years and fairly easily at that (their mine is operational in 2023, so waiting for that is the long play-- being on the index won't hurt it as a long play either) but it all depends in how much you believe in Uranium being relevant to energy in the coming years. All my DD says their mine is the best in terms of Uranium purity and ease in mining so they're destined to be the leader in the that field in terms of profit but you're ultimately playing Uranium as energy (which admittedly I have no real DD on it's all speculation on my end-- but we do seem a bit disenfranchised with oil and I think Uranium can play a part alongside the renewables that are being developed). If Uranium demand doesn't go up sometime this decade it's not going to be very profitable even if they are the best at it. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Lopen 03/11/21 2:13:25 PM #377 | Probably a massive limit buy for what it ended at the day before since there was actually no reason for it to really go down yesterday. The conference call was all good news. Earnings call Tuesday PM was arguably bad in that they did lose money and revenues were down from the year before (again, expected, because many of its clients got wrecked by COVID) but the conference call yesterday morning was excellent. But I mean the float and market cap are really low on this one so the price can move a lot on fairly low buys. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |

Lopen 03/11/21 1:43:43 PM #375 | When they actually release a press release that they have the 7-11 deal (which I think is 7-11 holding them back on that) should see a good pop. I'm thinking we'll hit $5 range then minimum as that's what the Samsung deal last year popped them to. In the Conference Call they said "within a few weeks" on that. So if you hold a month you should probably be rewarded. Alternatively the first quarter where they post a good profit which would be probably be 9 months from now given how their contracts are going? If I were you I'd sell half on the pop and ride the others-- this stock could go really high in the coming years because of that tiny market cap imo. Don't see a ton more offerings for a while either-- they've got revenue to hold stable and their incoming should put the debt gremlin back. The thing about the warrants existing is that they basically create their own offering if the stock holds above their strike price (since to exercise the warrants to convert them to shares the money goes to the company) --- No problem! Lopen 03/11/21 1:27:12 PM #365 | Keep in mind I think they have like 8 million of debt currently. That's the only real risk. But that should be easy to pay off if their revenue ramps. Really though they'll probably just put that revenue into expanding. Like look at their site cri.com it's actually good shit. Lopen 03/11/21 1:19:54 PM #356 | CREX has a deal with 7-11 (only soft confirmed in an earnings call) so we're ahead of the official press release which is the thing that will really pop it and is basically a COVID recovery stock that hasn't recovered yet because it's one tier out. They also have some other products. They have a thermal scanner that Samsung is trying to integrate into products. They also refinanced a lot of their debt and did an offering recently so a lot of their potential downside is behind them. They're projected for $24m annual revenue from that contract alone which is super high revenue for a 30m market cap stock. This one could reach $10 and I wouldn't be surprised. It's probably around bottom too so I think the risk of moonroof getting shaken out is low. --- No problem! This is a cute and pop genocide of love! |
