without kpop i dont know what my life would have been like. ive had so many great adventures, friends, experiences all because of kpop.

think about it. without kpop, i would have never traveled to korea, met people from all over the world, opened my mind to things. never would have gone back home with a new sense of life direction, never would have gotten into education, never would have met my wife. so many things happened because of kpop.

and i owe it all to you CE. ill be honest. when Funny Killer spammed SNSD-Gee that fateful night in 2009, i thought it was stupid. and showing you all how stupid it was gave me great delight. but i said i would put that song on my ipod. and i did. and i listened to it. again. and again. and again. it wasn't a joke any more. i liked it. then i found others here who opened my eyes to the GLORY that was kpop. folks like Dr Nay Say and honestly thats all i remember.

i remember you all thought it was just a fad. a meme, as they would call it nowadays. well i guess its a 12 year fad boys CUZ I STILL LOVE KPOP.

as my 12 year kpop anniversary approaches, i am ever reminded about how much kpop has affected my life. for almost a third of my life, kpop has been there. from back when i was obsessed with 9 girls called SNSD, to now when im obsessed with 9 girls called TWICE

and its so crazy that some of the idols i W O R S H I P P E D in 2009 are still in the business! like Taeyeon, Sunmi, Yeeun, Hyuna, IU motherfucking SEOHYUN. my wife watched her drama a couple months ago and i was like "WHEN DID SHE GET HOT--- i mean no honey i said HAW-TUH it means uh smart in korean"

i remember CE telling me it was a fad. that id be done spamming cute korean girls in a couple weeks
