The introduction of Patrick was very welcome. it explained how he lost his money. he let his business partner handle everything and his trust was misplaced as he screwed the family over and made off with millions and the government took all the schitts families assets and yes its a surprisingly wholesome show and a pretty accurate depiction of life in a small saskatchewan town much like corner gas instead of being mean spirited the schitt family gets along with most of the town and the humor comes from the culture clash rather than at the expense of anyone. and yes patricks introduction made the series feel whole. it was like an almost perfect puzzle with one missing piece and then finally that piece was put into place --- yusketeer |
