Nothing wrong to lurk to enjoy the popcorn here. Though if reading the drama is your primary objective, it is best to use an unknown read only account to get the full uncensored experience as some of the popcorn posters do not like sharing their popcorn.

CE is just for cheap entertainment and to kill time. People here take this place too seriously.

Goats, Joestarr are the two I most notice. Not that it matters as I primarily read on a read only account to not have to deal with the hassle of counting posts.

If there is one ban, perhaps it is a mistake. When you got 23, it is pretty clear that the TC is the problem, not the mods. It is too unlikely for there to be 23 "mistakes" in a row.

yeah that's why i'm sticking with my 3800x until people start selling their 5800x's down the road. My main goal is to stick with my x570 board and ram, I don't see myself upgrading that until ddr5 system ram is a thing, and of course, AM4 is going away after this gen of processors

Heh and I am stuck here with my i5 6600 and my GTX 970. With how bad availability and prices are, I might be waiting until DDR5 releases and the RX 7000/ RTX 4000 series comes out. AM4 being a dead platform is kinda why I gave it a second thought to upgrading. By the time stock is back to normal, the next new thing may already be out.

Oh I must have been mistaken. For some reason I thought you had the 3900X. From what I've seen in benchmarks, SAM's influence is negligible on average.

The 5800X is pretty shitty value though. It is so damn expensive. Even the 5600X is a tough sell, when the 3600 still exists and goes for much cheaper. Most of the time at realistic resolutions, you're gonna be GPU limited anyways. The other good thing is that the 3600 has relatively good availability too.

Isn't that a downgrade? You are going from 12 cores to 8. Granted the 8 cores are stronger and you'll probably get better gaming performance since most games don't use more than 8 cores.

I think what you need is a monitor upgrade. The 6900XT is a 4k card after all.

When she is "normal" and not melting down she is fine. Had a few decent conversations in the past, but she hates me now since I am a popcorn lover. Yeah Joestarr is toxic. She would even shit on people she has blocked too and then claim victim when those people take notice. Joestar is one of the worst posters here, if you dislike toxicity, but she does make some excellent popcorn (that she doesn't want to share.) So much for trying to avoid drama eh. I think people gave up trying to help her once they realized she just craves attention and isn't really looking to improve.

I try to be constructive with him when that happens and seems receptive, if a bit stubborn (but that's fine. I'm stubborn). He says inadvisable things at times and sometimes people just kinda lol and sometimes they dogpile, which isn't fair, even on some of the worse stuff he says.

I dunno if he is receptive, but perhaps he is more receptive than Joestarr. She blocks people who offer constructive criticism, and only wants to surround herself with an echo chamber.

People really cannot take a differing opinion here and that looks like the most common reason for blocks to happen.
