I don't think I have any accounts like that, only ones opened when I was over 18. Maybe I'm not grown up, but I just don't care about my credit score. I can't imagine what I'd need it for anyway. Utility companies typically don't report payment status to creditors. My mistake, though, I thought when you said "I'll just live my life pretending it doesn't exist," I thought you meant in reference to your student loan bills. Having a better credit score helps with getting lower interest rates on big loans like auto and home loans, which means you pay less money over the life of the loans. It's a shitty system, but having good credit saves you money. --- |

I'll probably always have a garbage credit score because I'm never paying my student loans back, but I'm ok with that. I don't really care about my credit or student loans so I'll just live my life pretending it doesn't exist. Paying your bills on time will increase your credit score over time. Pretending they don't exist will kill it. You can also contest accounts that were opened before you were the age of 18 to get them removed from your credit. --- |

She survived the acute infection but was left with lung and neurological damage that destroyed her will to eat and her ability to breathe well enough to sustain arousal and consciousness. Over an 8-week period she gradually slipped away and died peacefully this morning. This is one of my big concerns. You can survive the initial infection and still be left with fucked up lungs and other issues that make it so that you don't want to live. --- |
