I actually don't imagine many(if any) people are trying to frame it that way. Progressives are the one that try frame everything via race. I bet most conservatives would say this guys death is tragic regardless of his race. Though conservatives that post stories about it are obviously bringing it up to mock you. There are huge protests when criminals get killed. But a seemingly innocent(if kind of not-all-there) old black man? Where are the protests? Where's the outrage? Nowhere to be seen. And lets be real, BLM wouldn't give a fuck about this old man even if he didn't support Trump. Truly heroes of justice.

Uhh...where's the proof? A random comment by a random Twitter user(not even a blue check mark) doesn't mean much to me. Anyway, I don't really get the outrage regardless. Games have all sorts of dark subjects. I don't get why rape is so special that it can never be mentioned. Murder? Cool! Genocide? Awesome! Rape? HOW DARE YOU!!! ...Give me a break. Rape is awful but using rape in story does not somehow promote rape. If that is the stupid ass logic you're going to use then you might as well want them to ban any game with violence.

Hard to know for sure why he died. He didn't seem to live in the best neighborhood. Maybe it as politically motivated though it could have been something else entirely. As for why conservatives would bring this up on Twitter? It's pretty obvious. It's because BLM doesn't give a fuck about him or people like him. Despite the name, BLM is not actually about black lives mattering in a general sense. It's about police brutally and racism. Black lives do not matter to BLM if the black lives in question don't have something to do with one of those two things and this is just another example of that.

I guess some rapper named Wiley is in a bit of trouble right now over some Tweets. Never heard of him until this controversy but I don't think this guy likes Jews very much. Just a hunch:

"Get woke, go broke" generally doesn't actually happen and is normally just a dumb saying that gets overused to describe things it doesn't really apply to. Though few instances of wokeness involve killing off your #1 money maker. The phrase really does fit this situation pretty well. Hope the virtue points were worth it.

I don't buy the premise of this topic. While there's certainly some anti-minority teachers out there, teachers being racist is not some huge issue. Tbqh a teacher is far more likely to discriminate against a student for being a conservative then for being a minority. Especially in college.

Correct. There are already comparison pics of the original graphics and the new trailer from today's announcement. Not to say the downgrade is straight booty cheeks or something, but you can see a difference. between that, and what's looking like current original game owners having to buy the game all over again in the first place just to play the new content, it feels like more and more of a middle finger.

Either way. Point is that we all understand that it is unconscionable to use a toddler. We seem to disagree on the value of the blm movement but I believe the blm movement is the child of many right-minded persons. And I believe that the blm movement leads many to be socially constructive.

I highly doubt this guy has even given the subject enough thought to be an actual black supremacist. In likelihood, he's a clout chasing asshole who sees all the attention BLM supporters get when they post anti-white shit online and he wanted to make a viral meme to get himself some online fame. He simply was too stupid to realize that most online BLM supporters would hesitate to support harming/threatening a baby even if the baby is white. Some of the more extreme members of BLM would have no problem with killing white babies but even they would probably keep that to themselves. He really put himself in a situation where only the extreme of extremists would openly support him and everyone else would condemn him.

I took his point more to be a threat that basically meant "stop killing us(young black men) or we'll start killing your children". Regardless of whatever idiotic point this piece of shit was trying to get across, there is no justification for torturing a baby. Even if little of his actual weight on the baby it's still unacceptable behavior to be cruel to a baby like that.

I think this is a complicated issue. It's clearly not accurate to say that it's impossible for a female led game to sell well but I don't think saying "TLOU2(or whatever) sold well therefore the point has no merit" really works. Just look at the kid market for example. Plenty of times I've had nephews visit and I'll be playing a game with a femMC and they'll be like "why you playing as a girl Uncle? that's lame". And I really can't imagine my nephews are unique in that regard. Young males are a pretty big force in the industry and if you're going for max profit catering to them would probably lead to more money then catering to people that would prefer a femMC.

These protests have fuck all to do with George Floyd or police brutality. They've been happening there long before he got murdered. The people in Portland protest because some people get off on causing trouble and the city lets them get away with it. It's literally like dealing with a kid. If you don't punish a kid when they misbehave then they will keep misbehaving. These "gestapo" are a kneejerk reaction by feds who are tired of their shit getting wrecked. Probably not the best way to do things. The best way would be to have the police bring the hammer down on the riots directly. But the city won't allow that. So what's the solution exactly? What's the endgame for the protestors? Disband all police in Portland and government in the city and turn the entire city into a massive CHAZ type thing? Because CHAZ went so well?

I'm not a fan of Trump but I really don't see why people need to blame Trump for everything. Like Portland? There's been protests/riots in Portland every night for nearly 2 months with no sign of it stopping. Obviously something needs to be done there. You can't just have people destroying shit every night. Yet somehow the situation there is all Trump's fault? ...Right.

Food is my weakness. If I was with a woman that could cook really well I'd get huge. So, oddly, being a amazing cook is kinda a negative to me.

It's unfortunate how easy it is to get peoples information these days. For someone like a judge it's really quite dangerous. Though even for celebrities or whoever it can be dangerous. Sad.

I have all but the first game(the tower defense one). They are all pretty solid. Dig is like Terraria style game, Heist is an XCOM style game and Quest is a RPG(with card mechanics like Slay the Spire sort of). Do note that none of them are huge games. But they are pretty cheap too so it evens out.

When I was young my little cousin deleted all my Mario 64 data. I didn't get that mad then and i cared way more about those things in those days. Can't see myself getting too upset.
