Getting the triple fire upgrade on the special was insanely strong too, lets you carpet bomb enemies and shreds armor. Basically I'd just dash around spamming special and Dionysus casts then building hangover with primary attack, enemies couldn't do shit because they were constantly in fog and also taking hangover damage. Found an insanely OP boon with Zeus/Artemis, they have a duo boon that makes your blood crystals constantly lightning bolt enemies if you don't pick them back up. I could beat bosses by just standing around while they built up my Call gauge for a full charged Poseidon call. Easiest run of my life. Would have been insane if I had managed to get the Hermes one that makes the crystals pop out of enemies way faster but you can't win em all. --- The Legend is True! |

Part of it is gitting gud, other part is unlocking more upgrades for Zag as you acquire more darkness. Also getting that perfect combo of boons can make a massive difference. First clear was with spear, had the upgraded range and a shitload of Artemis boons to basically make it a ranged weapon with crits, that was probably my easiest run so far. --- The Legend is True! |

Theseus is pretty obnoxious, Hermes has a boon where you get a small speed boost after dodging that makes avoiding the spear throw pretty much cake so that might be helpful if it turns up. Otherwise I just make sure to keep pillars between myself and Thesus while trying to kite around the Minotaur --- The Legend is True! |
