Yeah, I can totally see it too. It's definitely similar to how I'd imagine myself sounding if I were to make an alt parodying Sunny.

His work is also a major influence on Star Wars, particularly The Hidden Fortress, and some Westerns (Yojimbi influencing A Fistful of Dollars and Seven Samurai influencing The Magnificent Seven come to mind). If anyone here has never seen his work, I highly recommend it. Even if you're not a fan of "old" movies or black and white aesthetics or whatever, I think his storytelling is so good it still holds up to a lot of modern conventions.

I haven't watched much, but I like the guy who did Seven Samurai (Ikuru was slow but good, to me), and I like some Lars Von Trier.

Akira Kurosawa is the name for the first director you're thinking of! One of my favorites as well.

Even if you've never seen his work, you're likely at least familiar with some of the tropes his work introduced, particularly the Rashomon story structure which has been homaged in countless other works.

I love all sorts of films, country or place of origin is not important to me. Most of my favorites would be considered foreign films in the United States.

I want to get a tiny razor blade and carve AOC's initials all over my flesh until I look like Zsasz but instead of tally marks it's just "AOC" repeated over and over again.

Aside from a couple rare instances I have been locked down for nearly a year now.

We still don't have an exact date, but on or around Valentine's Day my "friend" is coming to visit for a few days and we're going to go on a hike in the desert mountains, go have a nice dinner at a fancy Japanese restaurant, and maybe do some ketamine!

If we're talking fast food chains I'm Californian so I'm supposed to say In N Out... But I'm also Bay Area native so I get the luxury of saying Super Duper Burger. The real local burger chain great! I love that they use Sir Kensington's ketchup instead of Heinz's too. Aside from those, Five Guys is consistently solid and they also have my favorite fast food french fries (they somehow always manage to have a crisp exterior and perfectly creamy interior, and then added that cajun spice boosts it a whole other level). I like Shake Shack too. I'll eat Wendy's and Carl's Jr., but most other fast food burger places I don't bother with. I'll make an exception when they have some novelty I might be interested in, like when I tried the Impossible Whopper at Burger King. Edit: forgot about The Habit. I like them. Their burgers aren't bad, but where they really shine is on their more unique side offerings (the fried green beans are my favorite) and their house beverages.

If we're just talking burgers in general, Au Cheval in Chicago has the best burger I've ever had. And the ambiance is really cool.

I know I'm ugly, I just can't pinpoint what specific features create the ugly. Once I figure that out I figure I can tap into my niche market and start building an audience to sell my pix to.

I'm not a detective or anything and have no evidence to support my claims but I like to go with my gut and accuse people and see if it turns out that I'm right, so I vote that it's TDC

I like to take credit things for things I had no part in, so I am going to also vote that it is TDC

I have a few scars! One from dirt bike riding, one from a hot iron, one from cracking my head on a staircase. None of them are all that visible or noticeable though.

I spent all of last February living on Sunset Boulevard in an old radio building that had repurposed some of their storage rooms into Airbnb rooms. My room was about the size of my mattress with a small shelf I slept under that I was able to store most my things on. Sunset is huge though. I'd walk an hour down it each morning to get to my classes and that only covered a small stretch of it.
