You don't need to shower everyday for good hygiene if you don't sweat, and / or are hardly active, but at least every other day is a must IMO. Washing your hair with shampoo everyday is not good for the hair and scalp. Deodorant is okay but I highly recommend not using deordorant with aluminum in it because of cancer. Wiping your ass is essential as taking a shit everyday is for healthy bowel movement.
