For whatever reason even if you've subscribed to a youtuber you will not always get notified when they post a new video. This is especially problematic when they have weird schedules where they never post (like Jon Tron) or go on breaks like sometimes Sports Nation or whatever did. So the bell basically means youtube does what it used to do before they added an extra step for no reason at all.

In Seifer's case I really hope if he does get pushed in again that someone decides to main him. His contest history is truly pitiful and for a character that ranks somewhere on the edge of my top 25 I hate to see him suffer. I'd rather just not see him at all.

Yeah, Seifer is easy top 10 for me, but I have my hands full keeping Wiegraf out of boots. At this point I'd rather not re-nom him unless there's an actual push.

Razor is a good unit. probably overlooked because Fischl is electro and is top tier but he's good. probably replaces Noelle, especially since you've already got Barbara. two electro on a team is a pretty good mix for Fischl too for the record, it actively keeps Oz on the field more often as you're going to generate more energy for her. the game is seriously primarily about swapping characters when it comes to combat and two electro with her as Oz spam is basically the current meta.

both work extremely well together and are almost always paired together because razor wants to be on the field forever and fischl only wants to be on the field for about a second every 10-15s. razor puts out very comparable damage to the 5* electric main dps unit, and apparently possibly more if you go for a good superconduct setup.

It's a little weird to see my preference rank so high, considering that Delita was the only character I liked in the top nine. (rip Emet/Yuffie/Tidus/Red) But I guess getting Delita's rank exactly right helped.

Being super early doesn't matter in most rounds. But like me, wandering in 20-30 minutes late, that cost me an extra vote a lot of the time.

That's fine for me; I'm just a casual. It sucks though for people who might be working non-desk-jobs or have other obligations keeping them from F5ing during typical start times.
