This is true. While gutting the filibuster isnt something they should want to do, they need to precommit to doing so if Republicans abuse it. Like occasionally because they legitimately disagree with something is fine, but doing it just to shut things down cause they want the government to be non-functional should not be tolerated.

Hmm, Im also in Florida. Dunno what Ill do, really. Theres be little reason for me to want to remain alive for much longer, but maybe shed have plans that would need another person. So up to her really. Close enough to make it reasonably possible to meet up, but also completely pointless. Like sure she could try to use frozen embryos to get pregnant with a bunch of unrelated children and possibly revive humanity and if thats what she intended, Id feel obligated to help, but it would all seem hopeless. Like too many things could go wrong, probably would go wrong.

Dunno about the tires. You can design fuel stations that with robotics that would fuel the trucks. The trucks certainly could be designed to defend themselves, though it would be safer to just make it hard to break into them. Actual human truck drivers try to go under overpasses that are too small and don't figure it out until it is too late. Connecting/disconnecting trailers is something that can definitely be automated.

With both, they work the same way. When first turned on after being powered off, everything is fully locked, but after you open your phone once, a lot of things get less secure. iOS allows developers to keep some things in the full protection area, while android does not.
