Eh, doesn't matter too much if you didn't plan on using your score anytime soon while you were doing that. Now you know if you want to do that again, to have a few cards, then it won't look bad (or as bad) because the others will have no debt on them

Debt makes your credit score go up.

Not if you have almost as much debt as credit extended to you. Example: If you have 3 credit cards, and all three are almost at their limit and you have no other available credit, that doesn't look good. On the other hand, if only one of those cards is at its limit and the other two have almost nothing on them, that won't look bad.

At the end of election night, did you think Trump would probably win?

It has been a rollercoaster of emotions for everyone. As a Trumper, I was feeling somewhat confident at the end of election night, though the AZ result troubled me at the time (and still does)

Before any results came in, I started out thinking Trump very well could lose and was prepared. Then one by one, he kept winning everything he needed to win. WI looked really promising to me, and I was somewhat shocked the next morning when it went to Biden.

It's not over yet. Anything can happen in 2020. But if Trump is to ultimately lose, this whole process put me through some emotional times.

What is your experience so far this election?

I heard a lot of those are drop box ballots, which is somewhat popular in AZ apparently. You get the ballot in the mail, but instead of waiting in line, physically go drop it in the box. I heard that method was more popular with Republicans. Something is skewed because every time new batches of votes come in Trump seems to gain in the blue county.

Just something I heard as a possibility

Wondering this too. Although, knowing him, he may just be making it up.

I'm not sure if anything has happened yet, but I suppose his tweet is in reference to the possibility of the Supreme Court revisiting their initial ruling regarding mail in ballot extension deadline.

"An opinion accompanying the Supreme Courts order by Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch, suggested that the court may still revisit the case after the election and toss out contested mail-in ballots. Although the Supreme Court declined to rule on the matter before the election, Alito wrote that there was a "strong likelihood that the State Supreme Court decision violates the Federal Constitution."
Pennsylvania plans to segregate ballots received after Election Day in case the court takes future legal action to challenge them, CNN reported."

Biden seems to be underperforming Hillary in Clark county by 2% (The Dem county with the most outstanding votes). It's certainly hard to say what the end result would look like. And I'm not sure of the delays in Nevada in 2016 (if any). But if Biden continues to underperform and even slip further in that county... there is also another somewhat sizable red county called Lyon, where Trump seems to currently be outperforming by 2%. Trump could potentially gain a few thousand votes from that county alone if all things remain the same. There's also several clear red counties outstanding, but there's just not much population in those counties. A few hundred here, a few hundred there, etc. With an 8k lead for Biden and 75% in... I just don't know.

Some additional considerations:

-Nevada last went red in 2000 and 2004. Though that was a long time ago, it's not out of the realm. Biden seemed to flip AZ somewhat unexpectedly, presuming the results hold. Maybe NV will be Trump's rather unexpected flip?

-Clark County has been heavily impacted by Coronavirus shutdowns and heavily relies on the hospitality and entertainment industry. If voters feel Biden could lock them down again, that *may* have a negative impact on Biden.

In no way am I overly optimistic or even optimistic about Nevada... but it is close... and we just don't know.

Clark County is 72% in and Biden is leading by almost 8% in that county. The total difference in the state is 8k. There are several other red counties that still have 25% to go, but a lot of those counties have more rocks, cactuses and dirt than they do people.. with the exception of Lyon county. If the trend continues, Trump could add about 4,500-,5,000 votes from Lyon county. Maybe pick of a few hundred here and there from other counties? Stay competitive or even come up a bit from where he currently is in blue Clark?

It could happen.... what's your take?
