I think the highest I may have attained at one time or another would be 7. A good user with active friendships and conversations on the board, participation in contests, multiplayer games, user-generated stories (the battle royales, the army men soldiers fighting each other across the house, rising stream), and had a finger on enough of the pulse to know who people are, what cliques there were, and how to have fun.

I'd say I'm a 3, maybe a 4 now. Full-on lurker who only participates sporadically in a few topics, and cannot at all keep up with discord participation.

It mostly depends on the game, the limit to them, whether they improve later, whether game mechanics don't favor them or they're ignored by class upgrades, how many characters there are, how easy it is to max out certain stats, and if I cycle through different characters or teams.

Usually whoever is my favorite though.
