Well, it just sounds a bit weird to the average person when someone says they're straight but they are a male and have a bf. Thats going by everyday use definitions of the term straight/gay/bi at least. But you know what, if you consider yourself straight go for it, who am I or anyone else for that matter to "correct" you in what word you should use to label your sexual orientation as, its just a word after all.

Been having a blast with the Majima is Everywhere substories in Yakuza Kiwami. Depending on how you play and what Majimas style is it could look like a straight up DBZ fight.

I always use the Rush style for combat so Im constantly dodging and weaving, but when Majima uses his Ghost style and both of us are dodging each others punches at lighting speed with that aura emanating from their bodies it just feels like Im playing as Goku.

I had similar thoughts after playing the game. The actual 'Play as anyone' thing really overall does deliver. It's ridiculously impressive and totally consistent. It does a really great job generating characters that seem like they could be real people and giving them cute little insights to their life with the profile info. Playing as a homeless Jamaican man isn't something I get to do in any other video game but I can here and that's great. The unique characters like the hypnotist, beekeeper and living statue are a lot of fun.

It gets even more crazy when you see that they have relationships and those also have impacts on stuff like recruitment. I rescued a war correspondents boyfriend from Albion just by pure coincidence and he joined me. I started going on killing sprees with my spy operatives and now my other operatives are being kidnapped in revenge plots. The world itself overall seems like a believable and dynamic place.

But man the mission design just lets it down. The game has an optional permadeath mode that encourages you to try out other operatives. But the Spiderbot just single handedly renders almost all of it redundant. It is by far the most effective tool to use. You don't risk your operative, you can still stealth KO enemies and you can still hack. Sometimes you need to go there yourself (which often triggers an ambush) but more often than not the Spiderbot can do everything. It even has a rather short cooldown if the Spiderbot is destroyed.

There's plenty of fun options to use. Play as a hypnotist and brainwash enemies. Rally up a gang and go in brawling. Just shoot them all up. Recruit someone who is allowed to be there and walk in. But there's barely any real incentive to try this. Basically if you can hack drone/turrets and have a Spiderbot you now do the most functional things in the game regardless of who you play. The funny thing is while there was a bot like thing in WD2 it was nowhere near as good and now it's the single thing that almost renders recruiting redundant.

There's the odd story mission that requires you to have a character to seduce someone and I really wish we had more of that. Most of them are just about infiltrating somewhere to hack it. Not even much of a team dynamic to really encourage you to have an expert team. Hell I wouldn't be opposed to some predetermined scripted characters (I think they're all DLC) just to get some more uniqueness in there.

This game would be amazing with some modding I think. Or even a solid sequel. But honestly I think the franchise is done. Watch Dogs is just a series that doesn't quite know what it wants to be and I bet all of this impressive stuff will be scrapped. Hopefully they can find a way to recycle a lot of this tech and build on it. It would even work with a predetermined character recruting an army of followers.

This. Theres a lot of Cemen here that loves picking on easy targets. In the end it says more about them then it does about you, but you dont have to stick around here if it makes you uncomfortable or constantly feel like having to defend yourself, its wholly unnecessary.
