That's what happens when he shows up somewhere that doesn't always have an isometric view. I remember when he showed up for the first time on those old VGCW streams and everyone immediately realized/remembered that he doesn't wear anything outside of a hat, robe and boots.

The reception for any non-third party character at this point would be considered somewhat disappointing by some since they've got spoiled from last year's pass, but someone like Tom Nook would still be somewhat favourable as he's one of the biggest Nintendo snubs at this point. As for Zelda characters that should recieve decent reception, Impa and Midna immediately come to mind.

I guess depending on who you are, Tingle would count, too, but I'd imagine that would be controversal to half of the Smash community.

I seem to recall hearing that the next Sonic game will be next year, no doubt to due the franchise's 30th year anniversary being next year, too.

Though really, at this point, Sega should just go the Pac-Man route and stick to the classic Genesis formula like Sonic Mania did because 3D Sonic will never have momentum again thanks to decades of Sega crapping the bed with the series. 1995 really was the turning point of both Sega and Sonic.

Sting signing a Multi-Year Deal with AEW felt almost like something TNA would do over a decade back. I know Sting will be utilised well in angles/promos (where I expect/hope will be his main use and not for wrestling at this point), but I got "Legend to TNA" vibes from it for some reason.

So naturally, that gets followed with the revelation that AEW and IMPACT are now working together.
