I don't understand the love for Anima. It looks goofy af, and the animation when it's punching the enemy looks incredibly dumb. KotR I feel is a bit overrated as well.

I would nominate Ifrit across the entire Franchise. He has always looked badass, and wasn't ruined ever contrary to Shiva (Shiva sisters from XIII are a joke) or Bahamut (FFXIII Bahamut also looks like a turd).

Now, if this was about usefulness, just to be consistent with my vote in the best buff topic, I'd say Doomtrain. It's just way too good to boost damage.

Some Slay The Spire since I still need to get The Watcher to Ascension 20, currently on Asc 14.

I found a deal and spent around $900 on my PC and it can play literally all of my games on max settings.

If you have the money, it wouldn't hurt to shop around.

I'll second this. I know most PC diehard fans prefer to build their own shit, but there are insane steals sometimes, you end up saving money AND the hassle of building it if you don't enjoy it for some reason.

A friend of mine got a pretty good PC for 950 bucks from Newegg, retail parts amounted to almost 1400 when he checked them individually on Amazon.

Haste will win because it's omnipresent throughout the entire franchise and it's always super useful, whether as an auto ability or as a spell.

Aura in FFVIII however, is the strongest buff in maybe all of JRPGs, not counting invincibility of course. It's stupidly broken.

IMO stay away from FFXIV. It is full of the biggest bunch of elitist pricks that have ever played a MMORPG. They expect you to be a pro at the game, to know all the ins and outs and shit. It's HORRIBLE for newcomers unless you already have friends willing to help you.

While World of Warcraft suffered from a similar problem before, the new changes to progression make it so that you don't need guilds and groups as much as in other MMORPGs.

I'd say no. Too much trouble.

Nobody to tend to power plants and other essential technologies/industries, no medical personnel so if anything happens to me or I catch some disease I could die, etc.

Maybe, and just maybe, one year of just eating and playing vidya without ever leaving home, and then I'd have a million bucks to wait until life resumes its course normally, which might never happen, and then I'm set for life, maybe.

Mostly a scavenger? No, they were predators, really high on the chain too.

This is not completely neccesary. Vanilla is fine, you just get the 4GB patch and the NVSE, that's it.

I've had fully vanilla runs with ZERO crashes, just a few mild bugs and glitches that don't even impact the game.

@topic: My only gripe with New Vegas is how many quests there are for gaining faction points with the NCR, and how many little there are for other factions. But other than that, I've played through it over 30 times and it's always great.
